A gift in your will could help you leave a larger gift than might be possible during your lifetime.
100% of gifts made to a charitable organization in your will, in the year of death, are credited as a charitable donation. It is as easy as asking your financial advisor and asking your lawyer to include a paragraph in your will for a fixed amount or a percentage of your estate. We can help by providing the necessary wording your lawyer can put into proper legal form (see samples below). Your estate will receive a valuable tax credit that will reduce or eliminate income taxes due to your estate.
